Beta enquiries
When you email hello@getrapture.xyz, Rapture Softworks uses your email address, device details and message to coordinate the beta and respond to you. Please send only the information needed for testing. We do not publish tester contact details or use beta enquiries to subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Beta correspondence is handled through our email providers. Tester progress may be recorded in a private Google Sheet. Access is limited to the people coordinating the test. You can withdraw or request deletion using our contact form.
This website
Cloudflare hosts and secures this website and processes connection information, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect the service. Cloudflare may also measure page performance using a cookieless performance beacon. We do not collect browsing activity from the Rapture app through this website. Interactive previews run in your browser without submitting their contents.
Beta signup form
Our Google Form collects your contact email, TV or streamer model, country, platform, testing availability, referral source and permission to contact you about the beta. Google processes the form and stores responses in our private Google Sheet. The form is open to anyone with its link; individual responses and summaries are not published. We use these answers to select and coordinate testers and improve Rapture. Signup does not enroll you in unrelated marketing. To withdraw or request deletion, email hello@getrapture.xyz.
Contact form
The contact form sends your name, reply email and message to hello@getrapture.xyz through Cloudflare and our existing email provider. We use this information to respond to your enquiry. We do not store message content in the website database. Short-lived submission identifiers and delivery status help prevent duplicate emails; IP-based rate limits help prevent spam. Submission records expire after 24 hours and are removed on subsequent use.
Website analytics
Microsoft Clarity automatically measures page use in cookieless mode, including clicks, scrolling and masked session recordings. Clarity does not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website, and page views are not linked using persistent Clarity identifiers. Cookieless collection does not mean every item of usage data is anonymous.
Clarity also measures visits and interactions on the contact page. The contact content is explicitly masked, including names, email addresses and message text. Beta responses are handled separately in Google Forms and are not sent to Clarity. You can disable website analytics using the control below. We respect browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals, and preserve previously declined analytics choices. An optional preference is stored in this browser for six months.
